alphaSource AI provides AI-assisted interviewing, assessments, analysis, and reporting designed to support human evaluation. Employers remain responsible for hiring decisions.

User responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate information, use the service only for lawful purposes, comply with applicable laws, and avoid misuse, disruption, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access attempts.

Candidate data and consent

Candidate data is used for interview, evaluation, and reporting workflows requested by clients or employers. Candidate data is not sold.

Optional transactional text messages

When a candidate expressly selects Text Message, alphaScreen may send requested transactional interview-access verification codes to the provided mobile number. Message frequency varies based on verification requests and resends. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Text message consent is optional and is not required to use the Email verification alternative. Opting out affects text-message delivery; Email verification remains available.

Optional sales and demo text messages

When a business prospect gives clear verbal permission during a recorded sales call, alphaSource Network LLC may send text messages about alphaScreen to the confirmed mobile number.

Messages may include requested product information, demo booking links, confirmations or reminders, answers to product questions, and occasional promotional follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Opting out affects text-message delivery and does not prevent communication through other channels. Delivery depends on mobile carriers and contracted messaging providers.

We may retain the recorded call and contact-record details to document and honor the prospect's choice. Mobile information and SMS consent records are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We disclose only the minimum necessary information to contracted messaging providers, carriers, hosting providers, and service providers that help deliver messages, maintain records, prevent abuse, and honor opt-outs.
