alphaSource AI provides AI-assisted interviewing, assessments, analysis, and reporting designed to support human evaluation. Employers remain responsible for hiring decisions.
User responsibilities
Users agree to provide accurate information, use the service only for lawful purposes, comply with applicable laws, and avoid misuse, disruption, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access attempts.
Candidate data and consent
Candidate data is used for interview, evaluation, and reporting workflows requested by clients or employers. Candidate data is not sold.
AI-generated analysis and limitations
AI outputs may contain inaccuracies or omissions and should not be used as the sole basis for hiring decisions.
